Our team founded Kalahari Safaris in 2021 because of the overwhelming passion for Botswana and everything that this beautiful country entails – the culture, nature, wildlife, people and history. We started Kalahari Safaris with the main goal of enhancing Botswana tourism to introduce new people from all around the world to this remote and beautiful area. The unique and special experience Botswana offers to everyone who enters it is hard to overstate, the nature is truly still wild and this has captured all of us. This new project in the Central Kalahari is a large scale undertaking as it is being done on undeveloped raw and wild ground, we have added multiple new water wells, a complete off-road system to better access the miles of bush, to the building of our lodge, chalets, spa, and staffing quarters all to ensure our guests have some of the best experiences available today for a African adventure.
That being said, we have endeavored to create a place where anyone around the world can experience the beauty of Botswana while staying in the best Botswana Luxury lodge; staffed with local and passionate staff who love sharing their country just as much as we do, so you have the best Botswana Safari possible. All of the staff at Kalahari Safaris cares about nature and our environment, as we are off grid and completely self-sufficient, we keep a very watchful eye on all the African Game Animals that frequent and live on our properties, it is a balancing act that we take very seriously and without you, our guests these types of remote game rich grounds could not exist so we thank you.

The Facilities
The building of the facilities from the lodge, guest houses, staff quarters, to adding multiple water wells and putting in our expansive road system through the vast and remote land, it has been a logistical proper planning event to say the least, as with being in such a remote off grid area of Botswana and boarding the Central Kalahari Game Reserve this area is far from any building supply businesses.
It just takes time as we transport all of our building supplies in each day but everything is coming together just as planned.
